No Liquid Storage Tanks
Since all liquids are processed internally by the QuickSet system, the need for natural gas liquid storage tanks is eliminated. With no liquid storage requirement, maintenance is virtually eliminated, facility uptime is maximized, and liquid transport logistics are eliminated.
Delivering a key advantage over traditional gas-lift systems, QuickSet does away with the need for methanol line injections and liquid scrubber dump events due to freeze-ups. Labor requirements and downtime are reduced, and the risk of ground contamination is mitigated.
Reuse of Captured Gas
The QuickSet’s closed-loop design eliminates the need for natural gas liquid storage tanks because all gases and liquids are processed within the QuickSet skid. The self-contained, skid-mounted system captures and reuses fugitive gas, returning it as fuel gas, or using it for gas lift.
The QuickSet system is preassembled and pretested at an ASME-certified facility before being delivered to the well site, ready for final piping connections. QuickSet eliminates need to construct a gas lift facility in the field, cutting installation time from weeks to days, without risk of labor delays or cost overruns.
