The patented QuickSet™ gas-lift control skid by Liftrock eliminates fugitive methane emissions from gas-lift operations and repurposes them to generate additional profits. Monthly reports allow operators to document the performance.

Built-in Telemetry

The factory-built QuickSet system includes built-in telemetry that reports total captured methane, VOC (volatile organic compound), and HAP (hazardous air pollutant) emissions. The report details fuel gas, fuel makeup gas, and total captured gas with daily and monthly totals.

According to BJ Ellis, founder of Liftrock, the monthly reports are useful for operators, allowing them to document the volume of captured emissions on their wells, as well as the value of the gas that is recaptured.

Eliminates Freeze-ups & Scrubber Dump Events

The QuickSet system captures 100% of methane emissions from gas lift operations, repurposing them as fuel gas and or injection gas. The QuickSet’s closed loop design also eliminates the need for natural gas liquid storage tanks because all gases and liquids are processed within the QuickSet skid.

Due to this closed-loop design, the QuickSet also prevents freeze-ups at the wellhead, an issue in traditional gas lift. Methanol injection and scrubber dump events are likewise eliminated, leading to increased uptime and production.

QuickSet’s reporting capabilities are the result of advanced telemetry built into the QuickSet system. QuickSet is a complete, single-source gas-lift control solution that is preassembled at an ASME-certified facility and delivered ready for final piping connections at the wellsite. The inlet separator, liquids charge vessel, heat-traced and insulated piping, full measurement equipment, built-in telemetry systems, and all associated controls are included in the QuickSet skid.
