Eliminating methanol line injections
and liquid scrubber dump events during gas lift

The environmentally friendly QuickSet™ gas-lift control skid by Liftrock eliminates methane emissions through a unique “closed-loop” design. Delivering a key advantage over traditional gas-lift systems, this same design also eliminates the need for atmospheric tanks, and the headaches that go with them. Downtime events such as methanol line injections and liquid scrubber dump events are a thing of the past.

Since all liquids are processed internally by the QuickSet system, there is no need for natural gas liquid storage. With no liquid storage requirement, maintenance is simplified, costs are reduced, facility uptime is maximized, and liquid transport logistics are eliminated. QuickSet does away with the need for methanol line injections and liquid scrubber dump events due to freeze-ups.

The QuickSet’s closed-loop design means that all gases and liquids are processed within the QuickSet skid. The skid-mounted system captures and reuses 100% of fugitive gas, returning it as fuel gas, or using it for gas lift.

The QuickSet system is preassembled and pretested at an ASME-certified facility before being delivered to the well site, ready for final piping connections. QuickSet eliminates need to construct a gas lift facility in the field, cutting installation time from weeks to days, without risk of labor delays or cost overruns.

The elimination of maintenance and downtime events is one of the ways QuickSet delivers improved environmental performance, reduced maintenance requirements, higher system uptime, and better economics.

QuickSet™ is a skid-mounted gas lift control system that eliminates fugitive methane emissions. This patented system is delivered to the well site fully preassembled and pre-tested, and ready for final piping connections. It offers a complete gas-lift facility solution that is ready for operation within a matter of days, rather than the weeks or months required for traditional stick-built field construction.

The patented QuickSet skid-mounted gas lift control system was designed from the start to save operators time and money, while also delivering superior gas-lift performance.

The QuickSet unit is delivered using over-the-road transport, then craned into position, ready for final piping connections. As a result, the amount of on-site labor needed to complete a gas-lift facility is reduced to a fraction.

And, because QuickSet is pre-assembled and quality-tested at a certified facility, it eliminates the risk of delays, labor shortages or cost overruns at the well.

“The elimination of field construction is just one of the ways QuickSet provides operators with a more efficient gas-lift solution, with improved uptime and higher ROI,” according to BJ Ellis, Liftrock president. The QuickSet system also eliminates methane emissions during gas lift along with liquid storage and transport at the well.
